I am selling this Broadmoor-Cheyenne Mountain -Highway Super Scenic Trip of America brochure "as found"
from a sale.
Please review all pictures closely.  (Pictures are part of the item's description).  I am not a collector so I don't know what collectors look for but I will note what I see in regards to it.   There is wear to the edges and corners of the brochure.  There is also a fold in the upper right hand corner that goes through the brochure that could be "lessened" if place under something heavy. The spine is starting to separate on the front and back cover on both the top and bottom.  (I have tried to show it in the sixth and seventh pictures)  There is some staining to it and also some color loss in places.  I have taken pictures of all the pages in the brochure.
