    This eBay listing is for a vintage New Old Stock (NOS) West Bend Slow Cooker that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I just tested this out and it heats up just fine!! The box shows its a model 4401 and that its a 4 quart size.   It has a Brownish to Tan color to the main cooker.    Besides a little bit of shelf wear - the unit was never used until I tested it out a few moments ago.
