Mansfield Ohio First United Methodist Church 1970 commemorative picture plate

Description

This is a nice plate from 1970-2 era featuring a picture of the church building of the First United Methodist Church in Mansfield Ohio. The photo on the front is black and white, with gold trim decorating the edge. On the back is a short paragraph highlighting some of the church's history. The plate was made by the Homer Laughlin Co., with a stamp that says 1970, but the paragraph speaks of renovations made in 1972. There is also a mark of the World Wide Art Studios on the plate. The plate is approx. 10" in diameter. No chips, though there is 1 rough spot in the porcelain on the back, looks like a manufacturing flaw. Very nice condition.
