Available for immediate purchase is a single (1) Hammond 1590WB Diecast Aluminum electronic instrument enclosure. Watertight and unpainted, measuring 4.3" x 2.3" x 1.2" (LxWxH) or 109 x 58 x 30 mm. Great for custom stompbox types of effects units or tons of other electronics projects.
This is an original, still sealed Hammond enclosure that features:
Rugged, diecast aluminum alloy (tough - yet easy to machine)
Provides protection against access of dust and splashing water.
Also provides for improved EMI/RFI shielding.
Unpainted, is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges.
Includes screws threaded for factory-tapped holes.
Water-tight version is designed to meet IP65.
Low side wall draft angle (2 degrees or less) for easy P.C. board mounting.
This will be well packed to ensure a safe arrival.
