Eichler, Teledyne Laars  Radiant System. Winter is Upon Us

Teledyne Laars Mini Therm Radiant Heat Boiler Natural Gas Condition is "Used". A preowned radiant boiler system diligently serviced with regularity. This new Teledyne Unit was the second in a span of 54 years.and recently extracted from close friend and neighbor. They meticulously service this unit w regularity manufacturer recommendations. Unit was fully operational (3/2021) when removed --resulting  sale/remodel of a 1967 Eichler architectural designed home.
Currently this is a spare for our Eichler but it's unlikely that we'll need this one because ours also was replaced approximately same time,same Teledyne exact unit ....after 50 years of reliable service.
