    This nice vintage brochure advertises BALDPATE INN and Estes, Colorado and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
    "More like a house party than a hotel"-(From a guest's letter)
    ....and another fine quip from within:
    "For obvious reasons we cannot accommodate invalids."
    There a few small holes in the creases of the brochure and it measures 6 1/4 " x 3 1/2" when folded.
    This brochure was part of the estate of a wealthy, well-traveled family from Carthage, Missouri- the Powers/Winchester family.
