Campy Left side only clamp and shifter. The bikes of the 50’s had manually operated ft changers, where you reached down and shifted a lever on the back of the seattube to derail the chain to the high or low sprocket. When cable operated front changers became popular in the late 50’s, Campagnolo made a single bracket to retrofit bikes to modern cable operated control...a very big step for cyclist at the time...quicker shifting ,less change of body position, resulting in better control of the bike...
These are handy as a tandem drum brake actuator on long descents on a tandem... helps keep rims from over heating....
