ABUS 83CS55 High Guard padlock is a variation on the 83/55 and 83/80 models with added protective walls.
The 11mm shackle (7/16") allows this padlock to be used in a wide variety of applications.
From storage units to trailer doors and security chains up to 13mm link gauge.
This ABUS 83CS55 padlock is fitted with a Schlage compatible cylinder with (one) blank key.
You receive a zero bitted lock and 1 key blank per lock which will open the lock.
The idea being to re-key the cylinder to a house key you already own. You can take the lock to any locksmith to have it quickly re-keyed or if you have a pin set, it is easy to re-key yourself. The supplied blank key can be cut to your existing key.
